The Dopoi Collective is a team that includes the staff of the Dopoi Center in Maasailand and the community in the beyond that supports their work.

Ole Dapash is the Director of the Dopoi Center.

Mary Poole Co-directs the Dopoi Collective.

DONKOL OLE KEIWA

Ole Keiwa is he Director of Language and Cultural Studies at the Dopoi Center, an adjunct professor at Prescott College, and a Maasai community leader.

JOSEPH OLE KEIWUA

Keiwua is the Manager of the Dopoi Center and provides oversight to all Center facilities and operations, including construction, security, hiring and training of staff, and the Dopoi Center Beading Cooperative.

GEORGE OLE KOSEN

Ole Kosen is a MERC project manager who collaborates with researchers on projects including studies of water and climate change.

MAISON OLE NKURRUNAH

Nkrrunah is a new MERC employee of the Dopoi Center hired to produce social media content.

CHARLES OLE TAKAI

Ole Takai is Program Manager for MERC’s Community Water Projects. He served as a Community Technical Motivator and Community Development Motivator for World Vision from 1988 to 1996, was Team Leader of the Naikerra Project for World Vision’s Maasai People’s Program and has been employed with a number of other organizations including World Concern, the Diocese of Ngong, Christian Missionary Fellowship in Narok, and the Rotary Foundation. He served as a trainer/facilitator for the Kenyan Truth, Justice and Reconciliation Commission.

STANLEY OLE NTIMAMA

Stanley is the Bookkeeper for the Dopoi Center.

MARK RIEGNER, PhD

Mark is a faculty member at Prescott College who who teaches the Maasai Field Guide Training program.

Mpoke is the head of security at the Dopoi Center

MUSA OLE SANKOK

Ole Sankok is a long time member of the Dopoi Center team as a driver and other service provided to international students.
